WHITIANGA MAN HONOURED INVESTITURE IN AUCKLAND Lieutenant-Colonel R. Walsh, M.M. of Whitianga was last week, at an investiture in Auckland by the Governor-General, Sir Bernard Freyberg, V.C., honoured by being created a Member of the Order of the British Empire (M.8.E.)
