H. Freeipan, S.IJL, Bailey Brothers were charged that an. * June 24, 1949, they did carry on a goods service in a controlled area * otherwise than pursuant to the authority and in conformity with the tern* I of their goods service license. ' Mr D. T. Somerville, traffic inspector, conducted the case for the prow- ; cution and stated that the defendants stated that the permit could have bean . secured but that it meant delay at the post office to secure the permit.
