RUGBY UNION DECISION

FUNDS FOR TRAINING SHED

A special meeting of the training shed committee of the Paeroa Rugby Union was held on Monday evening when the question of the organising of a queen carnival for the purpose of raising the funds required to build a training shed was fully discussed. The chairman of the committee, Mr W. F. Faber, presided and he stated that the main reason for calling the committee together was to decide whether the carnival should be proceeded with at once or whether it should he postponed until next year. Mr E. C. Morgan, delegate from the Netherton Football Club, reported that a meeting of his club had been called recently. The support was very yoor and indicated that the season Was almost closed and it would 'be difficult now to get the active workers
