Public Notices CLASSIFICATION OF STREETS IN yyAIHI BOROUGH Pursuant to the provisions of the Transport Department Act, 1929, and to an approval of the Minister of Transport as published in N.Z. Gazette of 23rd June, 1949, at page 1398, it is hereby notified that in respect of the section of the CoroglenWaihi via Whangamata Main Highway No. 586 within the Waihi Borough, the Warrant published in N.Z. Gazette No. 57 of the 26th July, 1934, is revoked as far as it relates to the classification thereof, and that from the 16th June, 1949, the following classification is substituted :— Waihi Borough Streets classified in Class Four: Available for the use theeon of any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle or any trailer which with the load it is carrying, has an axle weight of not more than 3| tons on any one axle; or of any other heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying has an axle weight of not more than 4 tons on any one axle :— Coroglen-Waihi via Whangamata Main Highway No. 586 (all that portion within Waihi Borough).
