Dress: Mufti; medals and decorations to be worn. 1.35 p.m. March off to Memorial in Courthouse grounds. 1.45 p.m. Official Wreaths will be deposited, followed by the laying of wreaths by organisations, next-of-kin and general public. JN the matter of The Mercury Bay Public Hall, and in the matter of the Appointment of New Trustees thereof, and deletion of “ No Survivorship ” from the title, and of power to borrow on security of the Trust Property. Public notice is hereby given that Application will shortly be made to the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland for its consent to the appointment of new Trustees of the Mercury Bay Public Hall in the place of deceased and retiring Trustees, and also to the deletion and removal from the title to the property of the entry of the words “No Survivorship ” and the restrictions thereby imposed, and also to the Trustees borrowing on the Security of the said Trust Property. Any person desiring to object to any of the said applications is requested to notify the Chairman of Trustees, Mr Hilton Thomas Robinson, of Whitianga, of such objection, in writing, not later than Saturday, 23rd April, 1949.
