FENCE NEEDS REPAIRING REPORT TO DRAINAGE BOARD Damage which was being done to the batter of the drain at Prices floodgate was the subject of a report by the foreman, Mr W. Johnson, to the February meeting of the Hauraki United Drainage Board. The foreman stated that the fence was down for a few chain near Mr Yelavich’s cowshed. He had contacted Mr Yelavich and explained to him that his stock were damaging the drain and also that he would have to keep his pigs out of it.
