in Lots as described hereunder Lot 1: Complete Sawmill plant in running order, comprising Flat Top Breaking-down Bench, complete with drives; Breast Bench, complete; Goose Saw; Boiler, 72 h.p., and Engine, Fourbes, 24 h.p.; Flywheel; lift. Intermediate Shafting and Pulleys; Sawdust Disposal System; all Pulleys, Shafting, Bearings accessory to the plant; all timbers being foundations and bearing members to plant; Lighting Plant; Steam Engine and Charters 110 volt Generator and Switchboard; Plumbing to Men’s Shower Room. Lot 2: Sawmill Building, 114 ft. by 54ft. approx. Timber framed and sheathed in corrugated iron in excellent condition. Lot 3: One only Steam Judd Winch on Mill Skids. NOTE — Tenderers may at their option tender one price for Lots 1,2 and 3. In separate lots of complete units, 5 houses, in varying condition and school house. Four double hutments, garage and stores buildings. All buildings are removable and ideal for farmers, lakeside baches, etc. Tenderers must satisfy themselves as to condition of each hut before tendering and must mark lot number plainly on tender. Detailed schedules of equipment and accommodation available on application. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted but successful tenderers must remove their purchases from the property within six months of date of purchase. Storage on site after date of purchase at tenderers’ risk.
