FUNCTION AT MIRANDA MR AND MRS ALEX HENDERSON j There was a large muster of friends ; and relatives from Ngatea, Kopua- | rahi and other parts of the Plains l as well as of local residents at Miranda at the house-warming for Mr and Mrs Alex. Henderson, a newly married young couple who are making their home in the district. The evening passed quickly with games and community singing. After a very nice supper, Mr Eric O’Carroll on behalf of all present, wished the young people every happiness in their new life together.
