SIMPSON SHOWS FORM

SIX-A-SIDE MATCH SCHOOLBOYS PLAY At half-time in the Manunui-Whiti-anga Rugby match played at Whitianga on Saturday a six-a-side match between Kaimarama and Whitianga schoolboys (below Standard III) was played on half the field. The game was ably controlled by Mr R. Otter and the boys got a great hand from the crowd. A good exhibition of individual dash, without selfishness, was given. Philip Simpson of Whitianga scored the only points when he out-paced the opposition. The teams were:—

Kaimarama: Rex Adams, Sherwin Lee, Neil Donaghy, Graham Donaghy, Raymond Donaghy, Martin Smith. Whitianga: Neil Chaney, Philip Simpson, Paddy Foster, Walter Russell, Wayne Myer, Graeme White.
