“ The committee appointed to deal with the Country Library Service met on July 28 and adjourned after discussing the project. Further infor-’ mation is to be gathered from the centres which would benefit from such a service, after which the, committee will again meet and arrange to convene a representative meeting front those districts which wish to participate,” reported the county clerk, Mr E. A. Mahoney, to the August meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council. M 4
