TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER STORM AT WAITAKARURU The township of Waitakaruru experienced a very unusual form of hailstorm on Friday morning. “ The hail only feil for a couple of minutes, but took th? form of hailstones two inches in diameter, with jagged edges and in fantastic shapes, such as star-fish.
