TENNIS CLUB BALL

LARGE ATTENDANCE FUNCTION AT KEREPEHI The Kerepehi hall was crowded when the tennis club held their bail. Music was supplied by the Rhythm Ramblers and Mr W. Bailey acted as M.C.

Two Monte Carlos were won by Miss N. Hayes and Mr C. Fisher and Miss M. Parata and Mr D. Parata. The winners of the cards were as follows: Ladies, Mrs Nicholson 1, Mrs I. Poland 2; men, Mr F. Scott 1, Mr G. Garry 2. Mrs E. A. Potter, Kerepehi, won the cake.
