YOUNG FARMERS’ CLUB

PROFITS FOR MEMORIAL

The Hikutaia Young Farmers’ Club held their second annual sports day at Mr P Corbett’s paddock, Hikutaia, on Saturday last in ideal weather. The profits from the day are to be donated to the fund for a memorial wing at Massey College.

The attendance was good and a most enjoyable day was spent by those present. All the events were keenly contested particularly in the Young Farmers’ Club events. The 100 yards Young Farmers’ Club Championship Cup was won by
