FIRE FACILITIES
COROMANDEL HOSPITAL SUPPLY OF HOSES SUGGESTED The inadequate fire fighting facilities at the Coromandel hospital was mentioned at the December meeting of the Thames Hospital Board, by Mr H. V. Denize. He suggested that there should be about 250 feet of hosing bought and several taps fitted to be used in the ease of minor outbreaks of fires. The matter was left to the chairman, the engineer and secretary, together with the Coromandel hospital committee.
