QUARRY OUTPUT
WORK AT MANGATARATA PRODUCTION DURING MONTH The output for the past month at the Mangatarata quarry was 16261 cubic yards of crushed metal, reported the county engineer, Mr E. Hazledine Barber, to the November meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council. Distribution: Highways and roads, 1519; sales, 107 i. “Ten one-yard metal spawl trucks have been repaired, the bodies of these trucks requiring complete rebuilding,” added the report.
