BROADHURST — On September 22 at her daughter’s residence, “The Ranch,” Thames Road, Paeroa, Rachel, beloved wife of the late Wm. Broadhurst of Christchurch, and loved mother of the late Mrs : N. S. Davidson (Auckland), Mrs M. Thomas (Paeroa), > Phyllis (Christchurch), and Fraser (Sacramento), in her 80th year. A funeral service will be held at the above address on Wednesday at 2 p.m., later leaving for the Paeroa Cemetery.
NORTH —Walter Francis, at his home, Te Aroha Road, Paeroa, on September 23, 1947, dearly beloved husband of Millicent and loved father of Walter (Te Aroha), Allan (Te Whaiti, Rotorua), Hilda and Frances (Paeroa), in his 78th. year. Funeral leaves from his late residence, after a short service, at 1.30 p.m. Thursday.
