Public Notices _____ COROMANDEL fOUNTY Council BALANCE SHEET Pursuant to the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920, and regulations made thereunder, notice is hereby given that a copy of the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 1946, is deposited for public inspection at fhe County Office, Kapanga Road, Coromandel, and at all Post Offices in the County for thirty days from the date hereof. COROMANDEL COUNTY COUNCIL COROMANDEL WHARF Public notice is hereby given that as from Monday, August 11, 1947, the Coromandel Wharf Shed will be opened daily, Monday to Saturday inclusive, each week at 7.30 a.m. and closed Monday to Friday, each day at 4.30 p.m. and at 12 noon on Saturdays. Any company or person requiring shed doors to be open at other times as may be necessary, shall make application to the council. Award wages shall be payable to the council for the services of its Wharfinger for the time so occupied by the Wharfinger. Public attention is also drawn to Clause 9 of Third Schedule to the Regulations vesting the Wharf in the control of the Coromandel County Council which reads “ inter alia ”: “ No claim shall be sustainable against the council for the loss of . any goods, live stock, or merchandise passing through the • wharf sheds.” J.
