FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieuten-ant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six. THAMES COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO STOP A ROAD PURSUANT to Part VI. of “ The Public Works Act, 1928,” particularly Section 148 thereof PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is proposed to stop a part of the road or road reserve containing 1 rood 17 perches more or less adjoining Section 4 Block XVI. Coromandel Survey District as shown on Survey Office Plan No. 32982, and that a plan of the road (or road reserve) to be stopped is deposited in the County Office, Coromandel, and may be inspected there, without fee during office hours. Any person objecting to the proposal to stop the abovementioned portion of road are called upon to lodge their objections in writing at the said County Office on or before the 13th day of January, 1947.
