Heavy Traffic Fees
At the April meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council a letter was received from the town clerk of the Hamilton City Council in regard to heavy traffic fees for the year 194445. It stated that nett fees collected were £228 9s, fees retained £l7l 6s 9d, and paid into the pool £§r 2s 3d. The county’s share of the pool was £239 19s Bd, compared with £lB6 19s for the previous year.
