Rain at Week-End A total of 1.05 inches of rain fell in Paeroa during the week-end according to records kept by the Public Works Department. Recordings were taken at 8.39 a.m. each morning as under:— April -217, .18 inch; April 2&, .38 inch; April 29, .5'4 inch. Power Restrictions Advice had been received by the Te Aroha Borough Council from the Electricity Load Controller’ of a further period of supply restriction for that town.
