An assurance had been received that the increase of units to the board would be considered at an early date. However, until this increase was given it. was not in a position to Consider any further connections. The whole position was held up through the inability of the department to give the board electricity. The clerk, Mr .1. F. Eames, §aid the county had made out a good case for the extension and had put it before the power board three times. Cr. McLoughlin suggested that, it be put up a fourth time. The extension was required, not for camping cottages, but for permanent, homes. The council was not, he considered, receiving proper treatment. The power should be carried to the boundary of the County.
