OBITUARY

MR JAMES HENRY CAPILL MANY YEARS IN PAEROA The death occurred recently of Mr James Henry Capill, aged 6'9 years, a highly-respected resident of Paeroa. Born at Thames in 1876, the late Mr Capill was a miner for many years, working at Karangahake. He settled in Paeroa 56 years ago. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, the Misses Vera and Dorothy (Lower Hutt) and Alma Capill (IPaeroa) a son- Pte. Ray Capill, recently returned from overseas. Another son, Mr Victor Capill is reported as missing on active service. He is also survived by three sisters, Mrs Rose Forsman (Hamilton), Mrs Annie Shaw '(Paeroa), and Mrs Lottie Menzie (Auckland) and two brothers, Messrs John and 'William Capill, of Auckland.
