FIRST WOMAN MEMBER
PAEROA-HAURAKI R.S.A. & W.A.A.C. FROM PRESENT WAR The first woman member of the Paeroa-Hauraki Returned Services Association was admitted at a meeting of the committee held on Tuesday night. The secretary reported to the meeting that the financial membership stood at 378’ which included 109 ex-servicemen from the present war. The following applications for membership were all approved:— September 8, October 13, November 10, making a total of 31 for the quarter. One ex-W.A.A.C. from the present war was approved for membership and is included in the October figures.
