RURAL HOUSING
LOANS STILL AVAILABLE ADVICE TO COUNTY COUNCIL The State Advances Corporation of New Zealand advised the December meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council that the powers available ■under the Rural Housing Act, 1939, still continue and l that the council was at liberty to operate against the balance of the loan granted in 1940.
