ANNUAL MEETING HELD
OFFICERS FOR YEAR ELECTED
The annual meeting of the Netherton Golf Club was held on Thursday, May 11. There was a good attendance of members. The election of officers was as follows: —Patron, 'Mrs E. Morrison; president, Mr F. T. V. Johnson; vicepresidents, Messrs E. Hartley, G. McIntosh, C. Stembridge and L. Sanderson; committee, Messrs F. T. V. Johnson, H. Coldicutt, V. A. (Laurent, W. Richmond, J. Sarjant, A. Morrison, L. Potter, .R. Wishnowski, K. Morrison and secretary; club captain, Mi’ V. A. Laurent; vice-captain, Mr R. Wishnowski; secretary: Mr A. Coldicutt. Subscriptions were fixed to be the same as last year, £1 for mien and 15s for ladies.
The chairman referred to the intended departure from thfe district of Mr C. E. McNeil, who has been president of the club since its inception. It was arranged that a social evening be tendered to Mr and Mrs McNeil.
