SUCCESSFUL DANCE

ENJOYABLE NIGHT AT TURUA large; crowd present The Turua Hall was packed to capacity on Monday, October 25 (Labour night) when a very successful dance was held. Music was supplied by Mr B. Kerby and his orchestra while an enjoyable extra was played hy Miss P. Johnston of Ngatea with P. O’Grady on the drums. . Mr A. H. Sutton with his usual efficiency acted as M.C. and kept the evening going with a swing. A Monte Catlo was won by Miss Crawford of Thames and Mr B. Allen. Among those present were:— Mesdames F. L.
