GALA SPORTS DAY
FUNCTION AT NG ATE A PATRIOTIC FUNDS AIDED MEETING HELD LAST SATURDAY As a result of the Gala Sports Day which was held in Ngatea on Saturday last, Ngatea (Patriotic Funds will be ’considerably augmented. Ideal weather conditions prevailed for the occasion and to many it was the fiist real spring “day out,” of the year. The Ngatea Patriotic and District High 'School Committees combined to organise the sports which were held in the school grounds. Luncheon and icecream, etc., were available.
