YOUR HELP CAN MAKE TRAVEL EASIER Railway passenger traffic is more than double that of the last pre-war year. The extra work is enormous —and there’s less staff with which to do it. Train Travellers can help to make things easier for* everybody by observing the following isms:— Travel in the midweek, avoid week-end journeys . . . Plan early; reserve seats when booking. In event of altered plans, cancel reserves promptly . . . Travel light. Check heavy luggage; label each article; obliterate old labels . . . Tender correct amount in Refresh-' ment rooms; note-changing hinders service . . . Have your refreshments in the rooms or on the platform; unless unavoidable, do not take teaspoons or crockeryinto the trains. Co-operation Makes Tasks Less Difficult.
