KITCHEN EVENING
FUNCTION AT MATATOKI MR & MRS A. TILSLEY HONOURED A kitchen evening was held in the Matatoki Hall on Thursdav evening for a newly-married couple. Mr and Mrs A. Tilsley. Owing to Army duties, Mr Tilsley was unable to be present, but during the evening Mrs Tilsley was presented, on behalf of Matatoki residents, with a large number of useful household articles. Mr Tilsley’s brother, on behalf of
the young couple, thanked those present. for their attendance anti the useful gifts. The evening took the form of a dance, Mr D. Fisher’s orchestra supplying the music.
