MODERN & OLD-TIME DANCING
All roads will lead to Paeroa on Wednesday night when the Farmers’ Patriotic Ball will be held in the Regent Ballroom. An energetic band of Komata residents has been working hard for the last few weeks to ensure that this ball will be one of the best ever held in the district and dance patrons are advised to roll up in force not only to have a good night’s dancing but to assist a worthy cause at the same time.
The popular Melody Makers’ Dance Band will supply the music while the programme will consist of both modern and old-time dancing. ,
Cards, with good prizes, will be available for the older folk while an excellent supper will top off a wellhalanced function.
Admission will be, ladies 3s, men 3s 6d, with the double, 6s.
