BOUQUET OF GOLD
ELEVEN HEADED MARIGOLD GROWN AT WHAKATAN-E As though in response to the challenge from the Auckland horticulturalist who produced the much commented upon four-headed marigold, Mr S. H. Tippett, of Hillcrest, Whakatane, has grown a flower having a super-structure of no less than eleven miniatures. The second crown springs from the calyx as in the Auckland freak bloom, and the whole head gives the impression of a neat bouquet of gold.
