Perambulators are “off the market” in most parts of New Zealand, and no doubt many mothers have had to consider improvising substitutes for the four-wheeled conveyances.
A woman was noticed shopping in Hamilton recently carrying a largesize shopping basket, decorated in blending colours, inside of which reposed a three weeks’ old baby, sleeping blissfully.
