Miss Jessie Keane (Pipiroa), Miss’ Marjorie Cleave (Ngatea), and Miss Norma Laurence (Ngatea), have commenced their V.A.D. training at the Thames Public Hospital.
Miss Mary Murray who visited Turua to be bridesmaid at her sister’s wedding on Saturday has returned to Auckland. *** . * Mrs R. Laurie, who has been the guest of Mrs S. Murray, Piako road, Turua, has left for her home in Whangarei.
