L.G.U. MATCH TO BE PLAYED

Bain. Players unable to compete are requested to notify the captain before Saturday. LADIES’ BRIDGE CLUB The Paeroa Ladies’ Bridge Club met on Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs H. Poland when Mrs Poland and Mrs J. Staunton acted as hostesses. The first prize was won by Mrs J. Silcock and the second by Mrs H. Wylde.’ CHEERIO BRIDGE CLUB Mrs J. Hill entertained the Cheerio Bridge Club on Tuesday evening last when the first prize was won by Mrs V. Boles and the hidden number by Mrs G. A. Gamble.
