PLAINS WHARVES ACCOUNT HEAVY DEFICIT WIPED OUT “The wharves account has made a great recovery after commencing several, years ago with a heavy deficit. The debit balance is now only £225 15s 9d and this should be wiped off this year,” reported, the clerk, Mr E. A. Mahoney, to the monthly meeting of the Hauraki Plains Gounty Council in reviewing the financial position of the council.
