Well, here is s tip to save time, labour, and temper First, never stand one pot of jam on top of another. Instead, jam should he stored with as much space as possible between each jar. Place all small-sized jars or preserve in the front —oh, what a lot of time can be saved by storing that way. If you have a number of different jams a good tip is to place thin strips of wood, between -the different rows. This ensures the jam- remaining upright and if the “compartment” is labelled with the jam it contains much time is saved.
