Tenders. SALE BY TENDER Tenders are invited on behalf of the Mortgagee for the purchase of the goodwill of the following Crown leasehold farm properties:— (a) All that piece of leasehold land containing approximately 79 acres being Section 12, Block IX Waihou Survey District. The property is situated at Kaihere and is deep, unconsolidated peat land, in poor condition, mainly titree and blackberry and is used solely as a run off. (b) All that piece of leasehold land containing approximately 74/ acres being Section 25 Block VI Waihou Survey District. The property is at present carrying 50 head of dairy cattle, including young ■stock and is situated on the Kerepeehi Block. The land comprises drained swamp being consolidated peaty loam on clay, good quality, all flat and ploughable, with small amount of blackberry. Drainage system requires maintaining: flood dangers nil. Water facilities poor: further improvements of approximately £lBO required to increase production. Conditions of tender may be inspected at and further particulars obtained from Messieurs Gillies, Tanner and Fitz Gerald, Solicitors for the Mortgagee, Elswick Chambers, Victoria Street, Hamilton. Tenders may be submitted for (a) and (b) in one lot or separately. A deposit of 10% of the offer for the goodwill must accompany each tender in accordance with the Conditions of Tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
