The Bicycle Nuisance.
In spite of the highway code small boys on bicycles will never be prevailed upon to give signals. One child this morning came from a side street into Belmont road, cutting across the front of a car with no warning at all. If the boy had been hit and injured the motorist would probably have been blamed.
