WIN FOR THE HOPAI TEAM DEFEAT OF KEREPEEHI. Playing in the Hauraki Plains Cricket Association’s competition at Hopai on Saturday the home team defeated Kerepeehi by 22 runs. The top scorers for the winners who made 96 runs, were Brown 27, O’Carroll 20 and H. Vowles 19, Booth taking five wickets for 26 runs and Clifford three for 28. Kerepeehi replied with 74—W.
