PAEROA STOCK SALE. There was a full yarding of cattle at the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Coy. Ltd.’s fortnightly stock sale at the Paeroa yards on Monday but prices showed an easing tendency. Dairy cows, close to profit realised from £4 to £5; and more backward sorts from £3 5s to £4. Prime young cows and heifers went at from £4 to £5 10s 6d; mediums from £3 5s to £4; heavy boner cows to £2 10s; lighter, from £1 5s to £1 10s; and potter bulls from £1 5s to £4 10s according to size.

PAEROA PIG SALE. Values at the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd.’s pig sale at the Paeroa .yards yesterday were on a par with late rates, there being an average yarding. Heavy baconers made from £2 12s to £2 16s; medium baconers from £1 15s to £2 ss; medium porkers from £1 5s to £1 14s; large stores, from £1 4s to £1 12s; slips from 18s to £1 4s; good weaners from 10s to 15s, and choppers from £1 5s to £2.
