ORDERS OF MAGISTRATE PAEROA COURT. Judgment for plaintiff by default was entered by Mr F. H. Levien, S.M., at the monthly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Padroa this , morning, in the following civil actions: — C. W. Watts v. C. W. Johnson, £1 and costs 15s; A. M. Clymo v. J. Wright £8 16s, costs £1 10s 6d; R. S. Carden v. M. Waterson, £1 Is, costs 14s; The Bank of Australasia, y. Les-, lie Frederick Bruce Nicholson, £57 8s sd, costs £4 13s 6d; Forrest Bros. v. C. Davidson, £4 2s, costs £1 3s 6d; William . Ellerington v. R. H. Potter, £5 5s 6d, costs £1 10s 6d; C. W.' Watts v. Robert Smith, £1 2s, costs 10s; Forrest’'Bros. V. W. Ardern, £2 7s 9d, costs £1 16s 6d. Judgment Summonses. In the judgment summons action, National Timber Co. Ltd. v. H. E. Hill for £44 8s lid and costs £1 ss, which had been heard on previous occasions and adjourned for the production of a statement by the debtor of his income and expenditure, debtor was examined, and the Court indicated the intention of making an order till it was pointed out that an application had been made for the issue of a stay order. The case was accordingly adjourned till the February Court to await a decision of the :Lcourt of Review. Kenny and Kenny Ltd., proceeded against W. D. Keys for £l5 17s Id and costs £1 3s, and on debtor being examined no order was made. F. Wilson proceeded against A. Murray for £6 4s 6d and costs Ils. ■ Debtor wrote offering to pay 5s a week and an order was made for payment forthwith, in default 7 days’ imprisonment.
