Election Notices. NOTICE OF DOMINATION DAY AND POLLING J)AY.. TN PURSUANCE of the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Rudolph Arthur Richard Enting, Returning Officer for the electoral District of Hauraki, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ bearing date the I.3th day of November, 1931, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as memb?r for the said district, and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be noon on the 20th day of November, 1931, and that the noil, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the 2nd day of December, 1931. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, by a nomination paper as prescribed by Section 110 of the said Act, delivered to the Returning Officer on or before NOON on the 20th dav of November. 1931.
