DAIRY PAYOUTS.
FURTHER TARANAKI FACTORIES. Mangatoki- Company, which has four factories, and made 1,278 tons of cheese and i 294 tons of butter, which last season was sold on consignment, made an average payout of 10.33 d and paid a bonus bringing the amount to. lid. Riverdale Company consigned its 1,029 tons of full cream cheese and after paying 4 per cent, interest on share capital, paid out 11.4 d per lb. Pihama Company, -which has three factories and consigned its 824 tons of cheese, 230 tons of butter, and 20 tons of whey butter, paid IOJd for milk and Is oi>d for finest cream, plus interest on shares.
