Whitten, formerly of Paeroa, now absent from New Zealand, Dealer, Defendant. YOU are hereby summoned to attend at the Magistrate’s Court to be held at Paeroa on Thursday, the first day of July, 1926, at the hour of 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, to answer the demand of the Plaintiff for the sum of Fifty-two Pounds Four Shillings and Sevenpence, particulars whereof are hereunto annexed.
