WEDDING.

O’SULLIVAN—STEVENS A quiet wedding was celebrated at St. Paul’s Church, Ngaruawahia, recently, between Wm. E. O’Sullivan, eldest son of the late Major James O’Sullivan and Mrs. O’Sullivan, of “Springfield,” Rotongaro, and Clara Stevens, grand-daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Saulbrey, “Weetey,” Ngaruawahia. The ceremony was per---formed by Rev. Father Bleakley, of Hamilton. The bride, who entered the church with her grandfather, wore a beige ensemble and brown velour hat. Miss Phyliss Stevens attended her sister wearing brown floral georgette and felt hat to tone. After the ceremony relatives and close friends were entertained by Mrs. S. Saulbrey at her residence, Tangirau. Among those present were the bride’s grandmother, Mrs. H. J. Saulbrey in black brocaded silk, velvet coat and black hat; Mrs. S. S. Saulbrey, floral ring velvet; bridegroom’s mother, Mrs. O’Sullivan, fawn crepe de chine and coat, hat to tone; Miss J. O’Sullivan, scarlet georgette and hat, fur coat; Miss E. Saulbrey, blue chiffon velvet, fox fur, black felt hat; Mrs. W. Cavanagh, brown fur coat, green felt hat.
