LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
The monthly meeting of the Rotowaro League of Mothers was held in the public hall, a good attendance of members being present. After the general business was concluded a presentation of a Morocco leather handbag was made to Sister Grace the Presbyterian deaconness, who is leaving the district after three years years of work to take up duties at St. Luke’s, Remuera. Hearty good wishes were expressed, together with high appreciation of her work and worth. Sister Grace responded and afternoon tea was served, the hostess being Mrs. S. Thwaites and Mrs. F. Birbeck,
