Richard Barthelmess as Joe, the billiard saloon keeper, and as Sonny, the interloper, goes straight to your heart. A good ‘Snub’ Pollard Comedy, Pathe Gazette, and Episode 13 of “Blue Fox” are the supports. A very fine programme. She loved him, he loved her, rival's hatred did incur. Politics and pugilists, wallops, kicks and flying fists. Hero never deep in clover. That’s the stuff in “Putting it Over” starring Dick Taiaiadge, who will ho remembered for his work in “The Unknown.” There’s a good ring fight in this. Alice Calhoun, the ladies’ favourite, is the star in “Rainbow,” the second feature to be screened this Monday. “The Fresh Kid” a Century comedy will also be screened, commencing at 7.45 p.m. "Monte Cristo” the most recent William Fox supermasterpiece will ho screened on Wednesday. “Monte Cristo” is based on Alexandre Dumas’ immortal tale, has John Gilbert in the lead of an all star cast, and, dealing with a period in French history, it abounds in dramatic incidents that grip the spectator and ho ti - the attention to the very end. Episode 5 “Perils of the Yukon” will also be screened. Tlieprices for this supermasterpiece are D.C. and stalls 1/8, pit 11, children 6:1 and 3d. reserves 1/9.
