MINERS’ HALL—TO-NIGHT Thofmanagraent wish to notify the public generally that their facilities for. rendering superior picture service are now , greater than evor. Their film supply is well ahead of any oll.er theatre, and they guarantee solid conci te sastifaction. The vaiiety programme to be shown this evening wilbcertainly bear clote scrutiny. The star drama is a two-reel Vitagraph, witli a mining plot entitled “ The Woman’s Share.” A big supporting subject is the Night of the Allies, a special Gaumont Topical, showing the arms of the alles in review order. There is a big list of high-clasts short subjects in addition, the most noteworth of which is'Jerry on the Rampage, featured by George Ovey (who is credited as a competitor of Charle Chaplin). You are assured of a good programme, assisted by really good music, and you are invited to attend. For Saturday Mr Calder will show another of the exclusive Triangle productions entitled The Iron Strain and featuring the popular dramatic stars Dustin Farnum and Enid Markey. There are also two clever Indian characters played by real redskins. The plot is an original and novel story centred in the Alaskan Mountains, the scenery and lighting being magnificent. The Iron Strain was selected as the opening Triangle feature at New York’s greatest picture house. Excellent supports consist of, Diplomatic Henry featuring Mr and Mrs Sydney Drew, The Pathe Gazette, and Lovers’ Post Office, a, good Keystone featuring Fatty Arbuckle. Patrons are coi'dially invited to see this excellent bill. Seats booked at McNee’s as usual. Grand change of programme next Tuesday.
