ROME, December 8. Admiral Domenico Cavagnari, Chief of the Italian Naval Staff has resigned. AdtniyaT Arturo Riccardi has been appointed Under-Secretary of the Navy and also Chief of Staff. Admiral Angelo Jaehino has been appointed Commander of the Fleet at sea. fi. 'Mussolini has written a letter to Adi'4i%aT Cavagnari thanking .him for seven years of service.
PLANE CRASHES.
TWO GENERALS KILLED, (Received this day at 12 noon). ROME, December 8.. General Pietro Pinto, and a general of-the Air Force, Alho Pellerrini, wove' killed when a military plane carrying the Italian Armistice Commission, or which they- were members, crashed enroute to Turin from Rome.
