Jj3URSUANT to Section 76, of the Rating Act, 1925, the Hokitika Borough Council has resolved to add the statutory PENALTY OF TEN PER CENT to rates, made and levied for the year ending 31st March, 1941, which are not paid on or before the 13th March. 1941. The HOKITIKA HARBOUR BOARD has similarly resolved to add the TEN PER CENT PENALTY to rates levied for the year ended the 30th September 1940, which are not paid on or before* the 13th March, 1941.
